Week Three Transactions and Predictions:

Transaction 1:

       I bought stock in Progressive Insurance this week. I will use this as an investment, because everyone will always have to have insurance, so the stock in this will fluctuate up and down, but it should never sky rocket down or up. My prediction for this, is that it is a smart and safe investment. When comparing Progressive to compeitors, I learned that Progressive was a smart choice because they advertise better, and are more commonly found. I looked into State Farm Insurance, but realized that it was not smart and was almost $2.00 more a stock than Progressive. But State Farm was stilling making less money. I predict based upon the 52 week range information, that Progressive stocks will continue to go up and will go up by about $12.00 by the end of December.

Transaction 2:

      I also invested in Exxon Mobile. This is an investment. I bought this companies stocks because everyone who drives, needs gas. The gas companies will never suffer in the money department. I bought this stock when it was at its higher points, which was not smart on my point. I invested in Exxon, because they are the highest most profitable oil and gas stock that is available now. Based upon the 52 week range information, this company will stay roughly in the same place it is now. It may increase by a dollar or two, but it will stay steadily at where it is today.
